The unprecedented need to study climate processes reinvigorated my interest in hitherto climate and related processes over the past few millennial to centennial time scales. The prime focus of my research is to reconstruct the Holocene climate using natural archives and to understand the impacts of major forcings and climate variables on Holocene climate.
